The finalized agenda for the World Service Conference was reviewed and approved: http://9thtradition.org/2014/07/literature-committee-agenda-world-service-conference-2014/
The motions include several items that are not yet approved by the Literature Committee or the GSB; it was agreed that we would try and finalize these documents with the goal of approving them by the Conference. If any of these items are not ready in time, then the corresponding motion will be withdrawn.
It was agreed that the that officers for the Literature Committee should be appointed at a committee meeting following the World Service Conference, so that all committee members could vote.
Peter will send out to members of the committee before the next meeting:
- Style guide
- Service pamphlet
- Artists in UA
- Website guidelines
The committee will review these in detail, with a view to approving the Style Guide and the Service pamphlet at the July 17 call, and the Artists in UA pamphlet and website guidelines on the August 7 call.
The next meeting will be a short call on July 17, to decide whether the Style Guide and Service Pamphlet are ready to go to the GSB. Shari Lynn will stand in for Phyllis as Secretary.
