- Read & accepted
Treasury Report
- There was an opening balance of $1663.62. There were money paid for rent and bank maintenance fees. The closing balance was $1551.62. There was a second attempt to reach former signatories of the Chase account for transfer of authority (with no response).
Literature Report
- The Literature Report was read and accepted by the outgoing officer, who was reimbursed for all costs; the transfer of materials was completed.
Elections
- GSR – Requirements and responsibilities were read; the election was tabled.
Continued Operations
- Email Newsletter – The report was given by Claudia on the contents and successful launch of the inaugural UA Newsletter.
- Further Outreach – It was proposed that SurveyMonkey (email tracking) could be used to collect input regarding Fall 2019 Workshop topics as well as any suggestions for desired accommodations.
Next Meeting
- The next meeting was scheduled for July 13, 2019, from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm (location TBA).
