Elections & Old Business
- Literature Transfer – the transfer of literature to the incoming Literature Chair was proposed, then tabled due to the absence of the outgoing Literature Chair.
- GSR Vacancy – there was a discussion regarding the absenteeism of the last known General Service Representative. It was agreed upon that if the position was abandoned, that a new GSR must be elected. It may be considered that an appeal for a replacement might be made to the GSR Committee directly.
New Business & Continued Operations
- Treasury Transfer – there was a discussion lead by the Treasurer regarding bank signatory designation. It was concluded that there must be a unified & simultaneous transfer. The Treasurer will inquire about outgoing signatory availability.
- Intergroup Visibility – The Literature Chair committed to the creation of new intergroup mission flyer to be read at each local meeting with the express purpose of creating greater visibility and awareness.
- Program Events – Seth & Camilla volunteered and were unanimously accepted to chair a Fall Events Committee. This committee, as well as Intergroup as a whole, will prospectively hold one half-day Workshop Event in October 2019. Also in planning is a Share-A-Day Event for January 2020.
- Website Management – Mark from the UA Upper West Side Vision Meeting volunteered and was accepted to manage NY Intergroup website: 9thtradition.org.
