There were 64 people in attendance at the UA Share-A-Day. 7 didn’t pay. 5 didn’t pay the full amount. 13 scholarships were approved.
Secretary’s report approved with questions regarding balance in treasury.
Literature- World Service Conference- Aviva is stepping down as World Service Rep. for Intergroup She will continue her service regarding the handling of traditions by groups. She will hand a summery of the handling of traditions to Lisa.
Outreach- Dorothy spoke on the phone to Montclair regarding the promotion of intergroup through reading the mission statement and finding new chairs. Motion passed that outreach committee be created. Wayne and Anna voted in to work on outreach to develop ways to connect with groups.
Aviva will attend a GSB phone meeting and turn over a summary of the meeting to Connie. Aviva will return to New York in August.
Wayne will look into setting up an ATM account with Chase since the deposit account has been cancelled.
Motion to have meeting space in a public space where we pay rent not passed.
Bronx meeting- There was a consensus that the Bronx meeting do an inventory and that Peter be contacted regarding the group inventory format.
It was voted that the outreach committee find ways to develop ways for connect with groups.
Dorothy, Anna, and Wayne agree to contact Mike regarding recommendations for terms of intergroup officers.
It was voted that ISRs suggest to groups for that they serve for one year.
Website- It was recommended that $15.00 be paid for website from committee.
It was left to Wayne to authorize the website domain as ua-ny.org.
