How to update email addresses and web page to reflect new officers

(This has changed – domain was transferred to new service, need to update)
Log into domain server (details not provided here for security reasons)
Navigate to Mail Management
Update Email Forwarding for the addresses corresponding to the newly elected officers:
- Chair: chair@nullua-ny.org
- Secretary: hmv@nullua-ny.org
- Treasurer: treasurer@nullua-ny.org
- Literature: literature@nullua-ny.org
- Webmaster: webmaster@null9thtradition.org
- Outreach: meetings@nullua-ny.org
- Share-a-Day Chair: shareaday@nullua-ny.org and/or workshop@nullua-ny.org
Send a test email to each modified address, to inform the new officer about the address and test the forwarding is working properly.
Update the “NY Intergroup Officers & Elections” page to show the new names.
