A motion to separate World Service Conference funds from general GSB funds, as follows:

That we begin a process and conversation which is expected to lead to a clear, transparent and complete  separation of World service conference funds/ticket and merchandise sales and expenses from General GSB Funds after WSCC 2014 accounts/invoices have been settled.
This to be evidenced in the first instance, if possible by

[1]- A different paypal button for  payments for  future tickets and donations
[2]- a different Current account
[3]- if need be a different savings account for the World service prudent reserve/warranty to the conference.

That a date be decided upon by which this be done, e.g by December 2015.  All this to be done under the joint auspices of a WSC sub-committee specially set up to address the legal and fiscal ramifications and the UA GSB finance committee.

That a progress report be presented to the GSB no later than the 20th of January 2015.

Fiscal oversight will still remain with main underearners anonymous.
